Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique designed to promote relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance.
Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki is based on the idea that life force energy - also know as prana, ki or chi - flows through us, and when this energy becomes blocked or imbalanced due to various occurrences in our lives, it can manifest as physical, emotional, or mental distress which can then leads to further 'blocks' and so on.
I believe that it is this compounding effect of difficult events or emotions, and the subsequent energetic blocks that can build up in us enough pressure to produce a sense of burn out, and even depression as we cannot see a way out of how we are thinking or feeling.
By then, any new stressful 'event', no matter how small, is too much and can tip us totally into overwhelm. This is where Reiki is a wonderful complementary support for your body, mind and spirit.
During a session, either in person or online, I channel healing energy through my hands. It will clear through the build up of energetic blockages and restore harmony to your body and mind. If energy body is at peace, you'll find the body and mind follow suit.

What to Expect in a Reiki Session with Me in Farnham

During your face to face session, you’ll lie down fully clothed in a peaceful, welcoming space. As I channel Reiki energy, you may feel sensations of warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Sometimes, emotions rise to the surface—but rest assured, this is part of the healing process.
I’ll guide you through the session with compassion and care, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.
If you cannot get to my healing room for any reason, online distance reiki is just as beneficial. We will either do it on Facetime or 'Faceless'.
Facetime: I will call you at the booked time and we will talk through the energy as I am working or else you can sit quielty and meditate whilst I work. I will send through notes for you after the session.
Faceless: You will lie or sit down for 30 minutes quietly whilst I channel energy to you. You will be aware of the shifts in your energy body and afterwards I will send a full breakdown of what I picked up on from your energy plus guidance and which areas we focussed on for the healing. This is a great option if you would rather not 'meet' with someone for the session and prefer to do your healing privately.
